The Consumer Policy Research Centre (CPRC) is an independent think-tank established by the Victorian Government in 2016.
CPRC produces evidence-based research to inform government policy and business practice reform. CPRC (previously the Consumer Utilities Advocacy Centre) has a long history in energy policy and advocating for the rights of low income and vulnerable consumers.
